E24 Female Breakout Board – ZIMO ADAE24

Description

The E24 female breakout board (ZIMO ADAE24) provides a handy way to access all outputs of E24 decoders for hardwire applications.

E24 decoders typically feature 8 amplified outputs. Use of the breakout board will allow access to all of these functions. This may be helpful for locomotives not equipped with an E24 socket.

Note: this product is designed for DC locomotives, it is not designed for locomotives already fitted with an E24 socket.

Solder pads provided on the rear of the board include:

• Left & right rail
• Motor + & –
• Front & rear light
• Function outputs 1 to 8 (outputs 3 & 4 are logic level outputs)
• 2 speaker outputs
• Common positive and ground

Note all solder pads except for outputs 3 through to 8 are pre-wired.
